Hybrid Fitness Classes (Online & In-person): These classes are intended to allow people to workout in the studio, at home or on vacation, and Jenn works out with her students! Classes are offered virtually, in-person, and via recording (7 day rental). Jenn feels these classes are essential in helping her students gain strength and flexibility while toning their bodies. A true highlight of her week!
