Virtual classes with Jenn are conveniently offered via her Mindbody scheduling system. Classes are offered multiple times weekly and make working out easier than ever. You can attend her Mindbody LIVE Stream classes from your phone, laptop or iPad from wherever you are! For the best experience, Mindbody strongly recommends using Google Chrome as your web browser to attend classes virtually.
Can’t make the class but still want the workout? No problem!
All LIVE Stream classes are recorded. Any registered student that is not present via Mindbody LIVE Stream for their virtual class will automatically receive a recording of the class missed. Recordings are accessible for 7 days from when the class was held.
What are your class options?
Morning Mat Express (35 minutes): A briskly paced Mat class that allows students to workout online and includes exercises up to difficulty level 3 (out of 5). This is the perfect class to start off your week! The 35 minute Morning Mat Express class provides students a quick and effective workout that will leave students invigorated!
Morning Mat Express (45 minutes): An energizing Mat class that allows students to workout online and includes exercises up to difficulty levels 4 or 5 (out of 5). This is the more challenging of the two Morning Mat Express classes offered. Students are provided an efficient and effective workout in 45 minutes. A truly incredible way to start your day!
Pilates X-Conditioning (65 minutes): Pilates Cross Conditioning includes: weight training, calisthenics, Pilates Mat work, and stability work in a 65 minute format. A 60 minute workout with 5 minutes of stretching at the end of class. This class focuses on increasing your overall strength and flexibility while having fun! Jenn highly recommends this class as it’s one of her favorites to do and teach!
What equipment do you need?
Morning Mat Express classes: Yoga mat
Pilates X-Conditioning: Hand-weights, foam roller, and stretching device (yoga strap, magic circle, towel or belt will work in a pinch)
